From pasture to plate, we strive to use low-stress animal handling techniques and environmentally sustainable practices.
Our herd roams the pasture year round, grazing extensive native and tame grasslands for as long as the land permits. Our easy calving philosophy means our cows calve in the pasture during warm weather beginning May 1st.
Our cattle are ethically raised without any added hormones or steroids and antibiotics are only administered when medically necessary for the health and well-being of an animal (treated animals are subsequently removed from our natural beef program). All of our cattle are home-raised, age verified, and fully traceable.
We take great pride in our premium product. Along with exceptional flavour, our customers can have confidence in knowing exactly where their beef comes from and how it was produced.

Our 100% natural beef is sold by the pound at current market value and is available by the whole, quarter, and half, as well as in smaller quantities to meet your needs. All of our beef is cut and packaged locally, in a provincially inspected and certified facility.
From a variety of steaks and roasts, to sausages, lean ground beef, and specialized cuts, we offer something to satisfy every palate.
