The uniqueness of our cattle herd is at the very heart of our operation. We have been selecting over the past 40 years for cattle that excel in our environment, ensuring our herd works for us and not the other way around.

Our cattle spend as much of the year grazing as the land permits, contributing to the sustainability of our operation as well as the health and richness of our grasslands. Our animals are ethically raised without the use of hormones or steroids and we strive to minimize stress – from calving, to weaning, to processing and transport.

Our management philosophy and practices allow for stress-free calving in the spring and lower maintenance and higher quality of life for our herd and our family year round.
